Colorado here we come! Dr. Jill and I are headed to Denver to speak at The PCC Physician Conference on July 19th. We will be presenting our Onwards and Upwards keynote and signing books for pediatricians from all over the country who are looking to prioritize their health and live their best life!

I love sharing healthy lifestyle and self-care tips with audiences from all over the world but when I get to team up and travel with my wife it’s like icing on the cake.
